Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all maternity photography sessions provided by Aleksandra photography.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. These Terms shall not be varied except by agreement in writing. In the event of any dispute between these terms and conditions and the absence of any agreement in writing, these Terms and conditions shall prevail.

Non-refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable, except if Aleksandra Photography cancels the booking.

Exception for Bereavement: Refunds for deposits may be considered in exceptional circumstances involving bereavement.

Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the session, the deposit will be forfeited unless the cancellation is due to bereavement. Aleksandra photography will attempt to reschedule the session at the next available opportunity, but immediate availability cannot be guaranteed.

Ownership: Aleksandra Photography retains copyright over all images globally. No image may be copied, scanned, or reproduced in any form without Aleksandra Photography’s prior written consent, which is typically provided if the images are delivered on a USB.

Image Modification: Clients are not permitted to alter, enhance, or manipulate any image using computers or any other methods.

Reproduction Permission: Clients may reproduce photographs only after paying for their final package and obtaining a reproduction agreement from Aleksandra Photography, which will include any applicable fees.

Photographic Discretion: Photographic coverage will be carried out at the discretion of Aleksandra Photography based on her professional expertise. Special requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.

Personal data collected will be used by Aleksandra Photography solely in connection with providing the photography services agreed upon, unless otherwise consented to by the client. All reasonable endeavours will be made to ensure the security of data collected. Please refer to the privacy policy listed on the website.

Aleksandra Photography is not liable for any injury that may occur during the session.
In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability shall be limited to a refund of all payments received.

It is the client’s responsibility to express any specific expectations or concerns about the session before it takes place. Aleksandra Photography will strive to meet and exceed the client’s expectations but cannot guarantee specific poses or photographs.
